Nasser Atabati, the head of the judiciary appointed by the Iranian authorities in Urmia Province in Eastern Kurdistan, said that authorities detained 480 people during a campaign targeting what he described as 'hostile members.'

He added that security and judicial agencies are continuing to pursue suspects, noting that sentences have been issued against a number of defendants and that three people were executed after judicial procedures were completed, according to statements made to media outlets.

It is worth noting that supporters of the Iranian opposition are organizing a demonstration today in Paris at 3:00 PM, aiming to support demands for political change in Iran and to express solidarity with protests and opposition activities inside the country, according to the organizers.”
