Internal forces release statement about explosion of a car in Qamishlo

The Media Center of the Internal Security Forces in the North and East of Syria region issued a statement today regarding the explosion of a car and the martyrdom of two civilians in the city of Qamishlo, which stated:

"On Wednesday, August 28, at exactly one o'clock in the afternoon, an explosion occurred in the city of Qamishlo, where a Hyundai "van" exploded, opposite the post office in the al-Antariyah neighborhood, resulting in the martyrdom of two civilians, a woman and her son.

According to the initial investigations conducted by our specialized teams, it was found that the cause of the explosion was the result of a mine planted inside the car, and our forces began extensive investigations to uncover the circumstances of this explosion.
