For 27 years, Turkish authorities have continued to impose a regime of torture and isolation against leader Ocalan in Imrali Prison, despite his repeated calls for peace, democracy, and the freedom of all peoples.

In the town of Al-Shaddadi, located in the southern part of Jazira Canton, NE Syria, residents—particularly members of the intellectual and cultural community—have intensified their efforts to advocate for the leader's physical freedom.

Khadija Al-Khudeir, the member of the Martyrs' Families Council, stressed that the imposed isolation seeks to sever the leader’s connection with his people.

Denouncing the ongoing policies of torture and political suppression, Al-Khudeir stated that the leader's ideas and philosophy have gained international resonance, particularly in NE Syria. “The ideology of the leader ,” she said, “offers a path toward liberating the peoples of the region from tyranny and oppression.”

In a similar vein, human rights lawyer Muhammad Khalil criticized Turkey’s ongoing stance toward the leader and reaffirmed that his message stands as a genuine call for peaceful coexistence, justice, and equality among all ethnic and social groups.

He noted that the leader's ultimate objective is to achieve freedom for all the peoples of the region—a goal clearly reflected in his message.

Worth to note that, on February 27,  the leader issued a historic message advocating for peace and democratic society, delivered by the Imrali delegation.
