Injuring minor in occupied Afrin after attempting to kill him 

According to what was published by the Human Rights Organization - Afrin, yesterday evening, Friday, masked settlers attacked with knives the minor, Rudy Muhammad Jaqal, 16 years old, from the Janders district, and residing in the New Afrin neighborhood in the center of the city of Afrin.

The organization indicated that the murder attempt failed, but Rudy suffered stab wounds in the leg and other parts of his body, and was transferred to the hospital to receive the necessary treatment.

On March 13, a settler named Yamen Ahmed Al-Ibrahim from the Idlib countryside killed the 15-year-old Kurdish minor, Ahmed Khaled Mamo, and threw him into a water well on the road to the village of Tal Salur.

Cases of systematic killing of civilians, especially Kurds, at the hands of Turkish occupation mercenaries and settlers are widespread, in light of the promotion and use of drugs and the widespread proliferation of weapons in the hands of settlers.

The Human Rights Organization - Afrin confirmed in its information that “in the city of Afrin alone there are 26 shops designated for selling weapons openly, and that carrying weapons is restricted to settlers, while the Kurds are prohibited from carrying weapons even in cases of self-defense.”
