HPG conduct operations against Turkish occupation

The HPG Media Center issued a statement today regarding the operations conducted by the guerrilla forces and the attacks launched by the Turkish occupation army between December 10 and 13. The statement read:

"Martyr Akhin Mush Unit:

On December 10 at 11:09, our forces targeted one of the occupiers’ containers using aerial means in the resistance area of Bahar Hill. The operation resulted in the burning and destruction of the container, along with all equipment and devices inside.

In the Martyr Delil Area, West of Zap:

On December 10 at 14:00, our forces targeted a bulldozer belonging to the occupying soldiers with light weapons in the resistance area of Judi Hill. At 14:30, our forces targeted the occupiers with heavy weapons in the same area. At 15:40, the Free Women’s Units – Star targeted the occupying soldiers using explosive device tactics in the resistance area of Judi Hill.

On December 13 at 12:30, our forces targeted the occupying soldiers with heavy weapons in the resistance area of Bahar Hill.

In the Metina Area:

On December 11 at 11:00, the Free Women’s Units – Star destroyed one of the occupiers’ surveillance cameras using sniper tactics in the resistance area of Serê Metina.

On December 13 at 12:30, our forces targeted the occupying soldiers attempting to install barbed wire around their positions with semi-automatic weapons in the Serê Metina resistance area.

In the Khakurke Area:

On December 10 at 07:10, our forces targeted the occupying soldiers advancing toward our war tunnels in the resistance area of Lolan with light weapons. After our forces’ intervention, the occupiers were forced to retreat. At 09:20, our forces targeted the occupying soldiers with heavy weapons in Martyr Himen Hill.

On December 11 at 11:20, our forces again targeted the occupying soldiers with heavy weapons in Martyr Himen Hill.

Turkish occupation army attacks using prohibited weapons:

On December 10, 11, and 13, our tunnels located in the resistance area of FM Hill in the Martyr Delil area, West of Zap, were bombed 5 times with prohibited weapons.

On December 10 and 12, our tunnels located in the resistance area of Amadiya Hill in the Martyr Delil area, West of Zap, were bombed twice with prohibited weapons.

On December 10, our tunnels in the resistance area of Judi Hill in the Martyr Delil area, West of Zap, were bombed 4 times with prohibited weapons.

On December 11 and 12, our tunnels in the resistance area of Lolan in the Khakurke area were bombed 25 times with prohibited weapons.

On December 13, our tunnels in the resistance area of Shilazê in the Metina area were bombed 10 times with prohibited weapons.

Attacks by the Turkish occupation army:

On December 10, 11, 12, and 13, warplanes bombed the resistance areas of Martyr Hawar Hill, Lolan, Martyr Sharif Hill, Barbzen, Sinîn, and Qala in the Khakurke area 14 times. They also bombed the areas of Dashta Kafaya, Yekmalê, Şikeftiyan, and Mijê in the Garê area 10 times. Additionally, they bombed the  resistance areas of Bahar Hill and Judi Hill in the Martyr Delil area, West of Zap, twice, and the resistance areas of Dergelê, Shilazê, and Bêşîlî in the Metina area 3 times. The total number of bombings reached 29."
