Al-Hijri extended his salutations to the families of those who lost their lives defending the community’s cause, wished a swift recovery for the wounded, and offered patience to the bereaved who have endured oppression and neglect.

He stressed that the issue of abductees is, above all, a humanitarian matter, and asserted that rights cannot be nullified by time or compromise.

He further emphasized the need for states, international organizations, and human rights associations to contribute to the reconstruction of devastated villages before the onset of winter, following the return of their displaced residents. Al-Hijri praised the resilience of the community in facing challenges and their ability to maintain security, stability, justice, and development within their areas.

He noted that fact-finding teams have already documented most of the violations committed against the community and confirmed that further documentation will continue after the withdrawal of armed groups from occupied villages.

He called for genuine international pressure to secure the release of abductees and to hold perpetrators of crimes accountable.

Al-Hijri expressed his gratitude to the United States, European coalition partners, the Kurds, and the Alawites of the Syrian coast for their support, urging the continuation of assistance and the opening of international crossings to lift the blockade on the people of Suwayda.

He affirmed that the right to self-determination is a sacred principle enshrined in international conventions, and that the community will persist in its struggle until it secures a future of safety, dignity, and justice for its people.
