Higher Committee for People’s Assembly Elections announces final list of subcommittees in Hasakah

The Higher Committee for People’s Assembly Elections issued Decision No. (22) of 2026, announcing the final list of members of the subcommittee in Hasakah Governorate to oversee the electoral districts of Hasakah, Derik, and Qamishlo. The decision stated:

“Decision No. (22) of 2026

Final list of subcommittees in Hasakah governorate for the electoral districts (Hasakah – Derik – Qamishlo)

The Head of the Higher Committee for People’s Assembly Elections,

Based on the provisions of the Constitutional Declaration.

Based on the provisions of Decree No. (66) of 2025.

Based on the provisions of Decree No. (143) of 2025.

Decides the following:

Article (1): The final list of subcommittees in Hasakah Governorate for the electoral districts (Hasakah – Derik – Qamishlo) is as follows:

Derik: Members of the Subcommittee:

Abdul Ahad Abdi, Ali Hamid Al-Kuraidi, Khaled Ibrahim Saleh, Rojin Abdul Aziz Ahmad, Fakhr al-Din Khalil Haji, Abdul Karim Malla Omar Ismail.

Qamishlo: Members of the Subcommittee:

Anas Hamad Al-Janaan, Harith Mutlaq Al-Blibel, Qeryaqos Gawriah, Bari Shukri Jumaa, Jawaher Ibrahim Othman, Radwan Khalil Al-Hassan, Bashir Nawaf Suleiman, Hussein Mohammad Al-Raad, Hassan Ali Mahmoud, Reber Sibghatullah Sida.

Article (2): The workplace of each subcommittee shall be determined in the center of the district of each electoral constituency.

Article (3): The committees shall begin their work as of the date of issuance of this decision.

Article (4): The first name listed in each committee shall serve as the head of the subcommittee.

Article (5): This decision shall be communicated to the relevant authorities for proper implementation.

Article (6): This decision shall be published on the official platforms of the Higher Elections Committee and by any means necessary to ensure public awareness.”
