The delegation is currently holding a meeting with Raqqa Governor Abdul Rahman Salama and several prominent figures from the governorate.

According to ANHA correspondent, the visit aims to discuss the general situation of Kurdish citizens in Raqqa Governorate, explore ways to enhance local stability, and create suitable conditions to facilitate the return of more than two thousand Kurdish families to their original areas in the governorate, in accordance with the January 29 agreement.

These families are currently residing in the Kobani and Jazera regions, having been displaced by the war in recent years.

A special committee is to be formed to oversee the return of displaced persons and address any obstacles that may hinder this process.
