Fourth conference of Future Syria Party kicks off

The work of the Fourth General Conference of the Future Syria Party began in Raqqa Canton in NE Syria. The conference is scheduled to witness speeches by political and military bodies, and will end with a final statement.

Under the slogan, “Our party, our future, our administration, our guarantee, our forces, our victory, Syria unites us,” the fourth conference of the Future Syria Party kicked off a short while ago in the Taj Hall in the city of Raqqa.

1,000 delegates of the Future Syria Party from all Cantons of NE Syria and other Syrian cities are participating in the conference.

About 200 people are attending as guests of the conference, including the mother of the martyr Hevrin Khalaf, a SDC delegation headed by the co-chair of the Syrian Democratic Council, Laila Qaraman, the co-chair of the Executive Council of the Democratic Autonomous Administration of the North-East Syria Region, Hussein Othman, and Evin Swed, and the co-chair of the People’s Democratic Council for Democratic Autonomous Administration, Siham Qaryo, Farid Atti, and the co-chair of the Democratic Society Movement TEV DEM, Gharib Hasso.

As well as the sheikh of the Walda tribe, Hamid al-Faraj, and a number of notables from the Arab and Kurdish tribes in NE Syria, and representatives of political parties, the internal security forces, and the Syrian Democratic Forces.

The flags of the Future Syria Party were hung in the conference hall, and banners reading, “The social contract is a guarantee of Syria’s unity,” “With the will and determination of the youth, we build the future Syria,” “Our martyrs are the glory of our history, the pride of our present, and the hope of our future,” “With the struggle of Syrian women, we achieve freedom and democracy,” and a picture of the martyr, Hevrin Khalaf.

The conference program began with a minute of silence, followed by a welcoming speech from the conference’s preparatory committee. The conference is scheduled to witness a speech by the Chairman of the Future Syria Party, a reading of the political and organizational directives, a speech of the Syrian Democratic Council, and a recorded speech by the Commander-in-Chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces, Mazloum Abdi, in addition to the election phase.
