The first ecological conference was launched, under the slogan “With the ecological approach, we will liberate leader APO physically and find a solution to the Kurdish issue.”

Meanwhile, the first ecological conference, organized by the Environmental Body of the North and East Syria Region, is being held with the participation of 120 delegates, representatives of the Democratic Autonomous Administration, political parties, and social and civil organizations, in the Rojava University in the city of Qamishlo.

The conference began with a minute of silence, and the Deputy co-chair of the Executive Council of the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, Hassan Koçer, is scheduled to deliver a speech, after which a video about ecology will be shown, and then the directives of Leader Abdullah Ocalan regarding ecology will be read.

According to the conference preparatory committee, the conference will last for 2 consecutive days.

The two-day conference agenda includes four main axes, the first (ecology in democratic modernity), and the second entitled (combining the ecological struggle and the struggle against colonialism/capitalism).

On the second day, the third axis focuses on (building ecological agriculture as a process of ending the occupation in the north and east of Syria) and the fourth axis (cooperation between organizations and movements in the north and east of Syria).
