Emphasis on necessity of forming a front to defend leader in International Court of Justice
Human rights activists in North and East Syria called for the formation of a front to defend Leader Abdullah Ocalan in the International Court of Justice. They explained that the goal of the international conspiracy is to thwart the project of the democratic nation, and stressed the need to end the system of torture and genocide.

Abdullah Ocalan was subjected to an international conspiracy in which capitalist regimes and their followers from the nation-states that implement the policies of the dominant powers in the world participated, most notably America, Israel, Turkey and Russia through a top-secret operation by the Gladio network led by the United States.
Human rights activists in the Raqqa canton in the North and East of Syria region confirmed that Leader Abdullah Ocalan was not brought before a fair court.
Advisor to the Lawyers Union in the North and East of Syria region, Firas Jumaa, said: "The goal of the conspiracy was to achieve major political interests, and the capitalist countries were the ones who participated in it."
Firas Jumaa noted: "Leader Abdullah Ocalan was kidnapped by the capitalist countries and Gladio and handed over to the Turkish state, which put him in Imrali prison, because he is a thinker and has put forward solutions to the problems of the Middle East."
Jumaa confirmed that human rights activists will expand their activities in order to achieve the physical freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan, and said: "Achieving the physical freedom of the leader is the liberation of peoples from capitalist and authoritarian regimes."
Jumaa explained that: "The conspiracy, from a legal standpoint, is a flagrant violation of international law, whether by the countries of the world or the occupying Turkish state."
The trial is a formality
Regarding the trial of the leader in Turkey, Jumaa explained: "The trial of the leader was a formality, and there were no lawyers to defend him, as the verdict against him was in a military court, and this indicates that the global regimes care about their own interests and do not care about the interests of the people, equality, or justice."
In his turn, lawyer Abdul Rahman al-Sayer said: "The international conspiracy against the leader aims to obliterate the identity of the people of the region, as his arrest, from a legal perspective, is a flagrant violation of international law and all international covenants and charters."
Al-Sayer explained that: "This conspiracy has nothing to do with humanity, as the arrest of a man and thinker like Leader Abdullah Ocalan is a major crime, because he demanded the rights of oppressed peoples who yearn for freedom through his valuable ideas and pleadings."
Al-Sayer called on all human rights activists in the North and East of Syria region to form a defense front at the International Court of Justice, and to file a public right lawsuit against the Turkish regime for detaining Leader Abdullah Ocalan without justification.
