Education Body calls on human rights and child rights organizations to carry out their duty

The Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries escalated their bombardment of the areas of the NE Syria region, where they were injured in the Turkish bombardment that affected the village of Halisa in the Afrin and Shahba Canton, for the martyrdom of the citizen Muhammad Aref Haj Mahmoud (40 years old), and the injury of children Hussein Muhammad Hassan Khalaf (9 years old), Murad Muhammad Haj Mahmoud (14 years old), and Rousel Muhammad Khalaf (13 years old).

4 other citizens, including a child, were wounded in the shelling of the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries on the city of Tel Rifaat and its surroundings, and the names of the injured are: "Mousa Hussein Fando, 25 years old, Wael Hussein Fando, 19 years old, Ahmed Muhammad Ali, 23 years old, and the child Haifa Shukri Khalil, 10 years old."

The Education Body in Afrin and Shahba Canton condemned the attacks of the Turkish occupation state, through a statement read by the member of the Body, Afren Hassan, at the Body's center in the town of Al-Ahdath, with the participation of members of the Education Body and students.

Participants carried pictures of the martyrs of the Turkish attacks against the region and the wounded children.

The statement stressed that UNICEF, which was founded in 1946, calls for the protection of children and their rights, despite the fact that children are killed by the Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries, while the concerned organizations remain silent.

The Education Body in Afrin and Shahba Canton condemned the attacks and massacres of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries, and called on the Human Rights Organization and the Child Rights Organization to do their duty and stop the attacks and massacres of the occupation.
