Doctors from Southern Kurdistan begin work in Rojava

Nineteen doctors arriving from the cities of Sulaymaniyah and Hawler in Southern Kurdistan have begun their work in Rojava to provide medical assistance.

Yesterday, February 1, nineteen doctors from Sulaymaniyah and Hawler crossed into Rojava to offer medical support.

The doctors began their duties today as part of a plan prepared in coordination with health institutions in Rojava.

The medical team is providing services to patients, displaced persons, and the wounded at Derik Hospital. Their work there will continue today and tomorrow, after which they are scheduled to proceed to the city of Qamishlo.
