Dialogue Forum: to liberate leader, to foster communication with all democratic forces

The second session of the third dialogue forum, which was organized under the title “The Leader’s Philosophy and Peoples’ Resistance Ensuring Peace and Stability in the Region,” was opened by the Democratic Union Party in Zana Hall in the city of Qamishlo, with the theme “The Peoples’ Struggle and Resistance Against the International Conspiracy,” which was delivered by the council member. General of the Democratic Union Party, Barvin Youssef.

During it, Barvin Youssef pointed out: “The people’s connection to the resistance shown by Leader Abdullah Ocalan in Imrali against the authoritarian and fascist regimes, and his adoption of the struggle and struggle on this basis.”

In the second axis, the co-chair of the Local Administration and Environment Authority in the Jazira region, Suleiman Arab, spoke about “the importance of developing the global campaign for leader freedom.”

Al-Arab noted: “This struggle must continue without interruption, because the freedom of leader Abdullah Ocalan is the freedom of all oppressed peoples, including the Kurdish people, and in order for us to achieve this goal, we must build a moral and political society in accordance with the leader’s approach.”

Then the participants’ discussions enriched ways to develop the struggle to achieve the physical freedom of the leader Abdullah Ocalan, and called for an in-depth study of the leader’s approach and his democratic project.

The forum ended with a final statement, read by lawyer and member of the Democratic Union Party, Khaled Al-Omar, which included the following recommendations and outputs:

1- The issue of the physical freedom of Leader Ocalan and the political solution to the Kurdish issue are among the pivotal issues that preoccupy the components of the region, in recognition that the gains achieved in North and East Syria are due to the Autonomous Administration project stemming from the thought and philosophy of Leader Ocalan in the democratic nation.

2- The necessity of communicating with various democratic forces in the Middle East and the world, and the region’s feminist movements regarding the need for women’s rights, as well as democratic youth, with the aim of increasing support for Leader Ocalan’s freedom campaign and the necessity of thwarting the international conspiracy.

3- Working by all legitimate means to end the Imrali regime and end the isolation imposed on Leader Ocalan, and achieving the physical freedom of the leader and considering it a humanitarian, legal, political and national responsibility affirmed by the principles of universal human rights and all relevant international covenants.

5- Organizing intellectual and philosophical seminars at all Kurdish, Syrian, Middle Eastern and international levels on the thought of Leader Ocalan and his influence on radical democratic solutions and achieving change and democratic transformation.

6- Providing support for all initiatives that are active with the aim of developing the freedom campaign for Leader Ocalan and the political solution to the Kurdish issue.

7- Working on publishing and translating books, lectures, and all of the leader’s writings.

8- Working to develop the global campaign for the freedom of Leader Ocalan, with the leadership of women and youth.”
