Security forces of the Syrian interim government announced the imposition of a curfew in the city of Busra al-Sham in eastern rural Daraa until further notice, following the outbreak of violent clashes between government-affiliated parties and unidentified groups.

According to local sources, the clashes occurred near the home of former Eighth Brigade commander Ahmad al-Awda. So far, one person has been killed and another injured, amid warnings of continued tension and escalating violence in the area.

A young man was also wounded after being shot by unidentified gunmen on the road connecting the cities of Tafas and Dael in rural Daraa, reflecting ongoing violence and security instability in the region.
