Daraa's Nawa placed under Curfew

Daraa 24 website reported that a curfew was imposed in the city of Nawa in the western countryside of Daraa, and schools were suspended until further notice.

This comes after the violent clashes that took place last night and are still continuing sporadically, following a raid on a house in the northern neighborhood, by members of the local factions that struck a settlement with the Damascus government in 2018.

The so-called "Ahmed Muhammad Saleh Al-Sharaa", the member of the local faction  was killed in the city of Nawa during the clashes.

The site indicated that the clashes are still ongoing, and are using RBG shells, ground anti-aircraft guns, and machine guns, and enforcements have arrived for the local factions from the city of Jassim.

The clashes began after an attack carried out by local factions some of which are affiliated with the security services affiliated with the Damascus government - on a house in the northern neighborhood. The factions accused those neighborhoods of housing members of belonging to ISIS.
