A local source from occupied Afrin reported that the "Sultan Murad" mercenaries kidnapped Rezan Hassan Mohamed (43 years old) from the village of Bavlor, near the Cîhan Hospital in the center of the occupied city of Afrin.

The source indicated that the abduction occurred after Rezan demanded the return of his home, which had been seized by "Sultan Murad" mercenaries since the city's occupation in 2018.

According to information revealed by the Documentation Center for Violations, the Turkish occupation mercenaries, along with Turkish soldiers and officers, have turned Afrin into a hub for looting money and property since 2018. This situation has significantly worsened recently, with a lack of international accountability and scrutiny for the massacres committed against civilians, as well as the Kurdish culture and environment there.
