Three members of Damascus government forces and one local armed fighter were killed, while civilians, including women and children, were injured due to the ongoing clashes in Al-Sanamayn.

At the same time, security forces have surrounded the western neighborhood of the city, using heavy weapons amid heightened tension and a state of security alert.

Civilian homes in the area were also shelled during the military operations, causing panic among residents.

These developments follow clashes that broke out yesterday between Damascus government forces and the Mohsen Al-Himed group, resulting in the deaths of three of its members and injuries to three civilians, including a child.

Additionally, a government soldier was injured during the operation due to random gunfire from Al-Himed’s group.
