Another civilian was injured as a result of shelling carried out by mercenaries of the interim government in Syria on the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood in the city of Aleppo, bringing the total number of wounded and injured since the start of the attacks on these neighborhoods even higher.

The number of wounded from the ongoing shelling targeting the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods in Aleppo has risen to 58 injured, since the attacks began on January 6.

Citizen Ahmad Abdul Ghani (65 years old) was wounded after shelling struck the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood. He was transferred to a hospital inside the neighborhood to receive treatment.

The neighborhoods of Sheikh Maqsoud, Ashrafieh, and Bani Zaid continue to come under heavy shelling using various types of weapons, resulting so far in the killing of eight people, most of them women and children, in addition to 58 others being injured. The toll is expected to rise as the attacks continue.
