Al-‘Arisha residents: Isolation of Leader is a violation of dignity, Justice

The residents of the city of Al-‘Arisha in al-Jazira canton have called for lifting the isolation imposed on Leader Abdullah Ocalan in İmralı, emphasizing that this isolation targets not only him personally but constitutes a blatant violation of human dignity and the values of freedom and justice. They reaffirmed their commitment to actively participate in all events supporting the physical freedom of the leader.

The people of Al-‘Arisha in al-Jazira canton of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria have called for an end to the ongoing isolation imposed by the Turkish authorities on Leader Abdullah Ocalan in İmralı. They stressed that the leader is a symbol of humanity and peace, and the author of a project aimed at the unity of peoples and coexistence.

Hiba Al-Ali, a member of the Training Committee at Kongra Star in the city, explained: “Leader Abdullah Ocalan has contributed intellectually and politically to spreading the values of peace and unity among all the components of the region. He is a leader who sees the meeting of cultures and civilizations as the path to building a better future.”

Hiba Al-Ali declared her full commitment to participating in all activities and events organized in support of the physical freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan, stating: “We tirelessly participate in marches and events until we achieve our highest goal: the physical freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan.”

Suad Abdullah, an administrator at Kongra Star in Al-‘Arisha, affirmed that Arab women consider the leader’s freedom as an extension of their own freedom, saying: “Just as the leader gave freedom to women, today we demand his physical freedom because he is a leader of humanity and peace.”

Meanwhile, Muhammad Al-Jum‘a, a member of the Al-‘Arisha city council, stressed: “Leader Abdullah Ocalan is the source of freedom and peace, and despite 27 years passing, the Turkish occupation authorities continue to impose strict isolation on him.”

Muhammad Al-Jum‘a called on international organizations and human rights groups to take immediate action to lift the isolation imposed on Leader Abdullah Ocalan.
