AANES:Turkish attacks won't deter us from developing democratic project

Today, the Democratic Autonomous Administration of Al-Jazera region issued a statement to public opinion, condemning the Turkish occupation attacks, which read:

"In continuation of its aggression and terrorism, since the morning hours of Wednesday, November 22nd, the Turkish occupation state has resumed its attacks by drone on a service facility in the town of Rumelan and two cars in the Qamishlo countryside, resulting in the martyrdom of two citizens and the wounding of five others."

These attacks come with the aim of striking security and stability in our regions and undermining all efforts aimed at eliminating the threat of ISIS terrorism, especially after the recent qualitative operations by the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Counter-Terrorism Forces in coordination with the International Coalition that eliminated a number of ISIS cell and arrest ISIS leaders.

The Turkish occupation’s targeting of service facilities and infrastructure aims to undermine the work of the Autonomous Administration institutions to provide services and improve the service reality.

We at AANES offer our deep condolences to the families of the martyrs and all of our people and wish a speedy recovery to the wounded.

We condemn the international silence in the face of the crimes the Turkish occupation is committing against our regions and our people, and at the same time we call on it to take deterrent positions against the Turkish occupation crimes.
