AANES confirms arrival of first batches of deportees from Iraq
The Democratic AANES revealed the arrival of the first batches of deportees from Iraq to the NE Syria region.
The media office of the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria published an explanation about the beginning of the arrival of Syrians deported from Iraq, and the falsity of the allegations promoted about the Autonomous Administration deporting Syrians from the region.
The Autonomous Administration noted that, pursuant to a decision issued by the Iraqi government, Syrians who have taken refuge in Iraq since the beginning of the Syrian crisis are being deported.
The Democratic Autonomous-Administration revealed the arrival of the first batches of deportees from Iraq: “Today the first group that was deported by the Iraqi state arrived, and these people were from areas affiliated with the Syrian regime, so they were admitted to the NE region of Syria, to go later to their areas.”
The Democratic Autonomous-Administration confirmed that what is being circulated on social media sites that these people were deported from the region of NE Syria is false and baseless information.
And pointed out that the deportation process by the Iraqi government will continue during the coming days as well, and each person will be delivered to the area from which he emigrated.
