The young man, Shiar Muhammad Khalo, 31 years old, the father of a 6-month-old infant, was heading from his place of residence in the Tal Rifaat district to the village of Soganke in the Sherawa district in the occupied Afrin to collect mushrooms.

While Shiar was in Soganke, the village was subjected to artillery shelling by the Turkish occupation army.

The bombing resulted in a serious injury to his left leg and damage to his urinary system. He was transferred by the people to Afrin Hospital, the only hospital in besieged Shahba.

Despite all the doctors' attempts, they find no way but to amputate his leg.

According to the administration of Afrin Hospital, Shiar Muhammad Khalo will have to undergo medical observation for several days.
