8 Kurdish citizens sentenced to prison over participation in “Jin, Jiyan, Azadî” uprising
The Iranian state authorities sentenced 8 Kurdish citizens to prison, following their participation in the “Jin, Jiyan, Azadî” uprising (Women, Life, Freedom).

According to the news received, Azim Yadkari and Saadullah Eni were sentenced to 10 years in prison, and Babirvand and Farshad Eni each received two years in prison.
On the other hand, Nasser Rezaei, Vahid Jawarvan, and Muhammad Hasili, residents of Odanan, were temporarily arrested because they had previously been sentenced to 12 years in prison.
The arrests of citizens on the grounds of participation in the “Women, Life, Freedom” uprising are increasing day after day in various regions of eastern Kurdistan.
