Human rights activist Narges Mohammadi shared information on virtual media through her lawyers about five female political detainees and human and women's rights activists in Evin Prison.

Narges Mohammadi revealed that she, Varesheh Moradi, Bakhshan Azizi, Majboubeh Rezaei and Paryoush Muslimi, who were detained in Evin Prison, were supposed to give their testimonies today before the Public Prosecutor in Ardabil, but they rejected the prosecutor's request and did not give their testimonies.

The testimonies of the five detainees were to be taken into account in their protest against the death sentences issued against them.

It is noteworthy that Evin Prison witnessed protests after the execution of detainee Reza Razaei on August 6, which were met with violence by the regime.
