200 members of Autonomous Administration resume studies at Kobani University

Kobani Approximately 200 students working in the institutions of the Democratic Autonomous Administration in the Euphrates Canton resumed their university studies today as part of a special program launched by Kobani University. 

The program aims to provide educational opportunities for those who were forced to interrupt their studies with the onset of the revolution in North and East Syria. This resumption follows a decision announced by the university during a press conference held on April 8, which allows employees of the Autonomous Administration institutions who were unable to complete their education to return to their studies through a program tailored to their professional circumstances.

The decision seeks to enable young talents who have contributed to building community institutions to complete their academic education without sacrificing their daily responsibilities. Fridays and Saturdays have been designated as official study days.

The students have enrolled in various departments, including Law, Education, Literature, and Biology. This program represents a significant step toward integrating practical experience with academic qualification, reflecting the commitment of higher education institutions in North and East Syria to meet the demands of reality and the needs of society.
