​​​​​​​Aal al-Bayt Association in Tabqa calls on Islamic countries to stand against Turkish attacks

Today, the Aal al-Bayt Association in Tabqa made a statement to public opinion regarding the Turkish occupation attacks on NE Syria.

The statement was delivered in front of the Democratic Civil Administration building for the Tabqa region and its countryside, in the presence of male and female representatives from the civil administration, the religious institution, political parties, and the Zenobia Women’s Assembly Council.

It stated at the beginning of the statement, "The Turkish fascist attacks in recent days have taken a dangerous turn, as they targeted civil facilities, the infrastructure of electricity institutions, gas and gas stations, and many public facilities, and this contravenes Islamic principles".

And continued: "These attacks violate international and religious conventions, as they affect security and peace, and it is painful for every person of religion and conscience to see innocent people turned into pieces while they were on the prayer rug and reading the Holy Quran, as happened to the safe and faithful people whose pure blood fell on the book of religion".

The statement called on "the religious institutions in the Turkish state and Islamic countries in general to stand against the injustice and Turkish practices that did not leave a stone or an inch left without burning, killing and destroying it".
