​​​​​​​Shaheen confirms tireless efforts to reinforce stability in region

The co-chair of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of the Euphrates Region, Mohammad Shaheen, said in a statement to ANHA's agency about what is being raised about the occurrence of migration cases from the regions of NE, Syria abroad, and he said: “The Syrian crisis, which has been ongoing for more than 12 years, and the foreign interventions in it and the policies of the surrounding countries are the main reason in that".

Mohammad Shaheen explained that: “The lack of a political solution to the crisis and external interventions led to the occurrence of profound political, security, life and economic crises, as Syrian society remained without solutions and was forced to experience many difficulties in terms of security and economics, which led to the emergence of a social crisis.”

Mohammad Shaheen saw that all of this did not happen by chance, but rather the aim of “external interventions was to achieve the interests of regional and global countries, most notably Turkey, which sought to empty Syria, especially the regions of NE, Syria, as a kind of special psychological warfare, so that it could implement its plan and policy of settling people.” Others in this region, as is happening in the occupied regions of northern Syria, where strange people are settled in these regions as a demographic and historical change, by deporting the original owners of the land who lived on these lands for thousands of years and built civilizations. Now they want to change this history and replace it with an Ottoman history. And make these areas appear as if they were Ottoman and belonged to the Turkish state.”

Shaheen explained: “The plan underway now is primarily by Turkey, along with other powers, and its goal is to bring about a demographic change in the entire Syrian territory, especially the historical areas of the Kurds.”

Shaheen added: “Because they were unable to win militarily and the processes of demographic change were limited to the areas occupied by Turkey in northern Syria, and because their goal is to occupy the entire regions of NE, Syria and demolish the democratic project, they tried to use soft policies by waging a private and psychological war, imposing an economic siege, and launching air attacks to strike security.” And the stability of the region, to push the people to migrate abroad.”

Mohammad Shaheen pointed out that: “There are many reasons behind migration, foremost of which is the policy of countries that have interests inside Syria, and one of their most prominent interests is to empty this region, foremost of which is Turkey, which formed a human trafficking network at the hands of Turkish intelligence "MIT", and also Syrian intelligence is working to empty "The region was occupied by Kurds and others were settled in their place."

Shaheen warned of a special war and said: “There is a special war that our people must be aware of, and know that those who are pushing people out are the parties that are hostile to the people of the region.”

Shaheen drew attention to the fact that: “Those who are primarily targeted are the youth because they are the basic force in society. If the enemy wants to attack the region, he will no longer find a force to deter it.”

Shaheen explained: “We are working according to the capabilities available through all our institutions at the upper levels to establish stability in the region, but there are difficulties and obstacles because many forces impose an economic blockade, such as Turkey and its mercenaries, the Syrian regime, and the government of Başûr Kurdistan, and also on the security side there are continuous attacks and also special war campaigns.” Psychological, and the promoting of information to distort the Autonomous Administration and the constant threat of occupying the region, which affects a segment of society.”

Mohammad Shaheen saw that: “There is a group affected by these policies, the current situation, and the current circumstances, but we in the Autonomous Administration work according to the available capabilities. Despite the difficulties we suffer, we work to support young people and all groups of society, and we want to provide better services to improve the reality of society, improve life, and achieve stability in economic terms, services and all aspects of life.”
