During the 12 days of the “ Security Enhancement ” operation launched by the Syrian Democratic Forces, ISIS mercenary sleeper cells and intruding armed groups violated the most sacred values of society, as they destroyed a shrine to the martyrs and looted its contents and the nearby mosque. They also looted and destroyed the contents of service institutions in every area. A village they took control of, and the video scenes of these villages after they were cleared of mercenaries show the extent of the devastation they caused.

Here we show you part of the destruction and devastation carried out by the mercenaries during the 12 days of the operation:

* Nawaf al-Bashir’s mercenaries destroyed the Euphrates Martyrs Shrine in the town of Abu Hamam and looted its contents and the contents of the Shaitat Mosque near the shrine, which was built in 2020. The shrine includes 16 shrines for fighters of the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Deir ez-Zor Military Council.

* The mercenaries destroyed and looted homes and service institutions in the towns of Al-Shuhail and Dhiban.

* The mercenaries looted the water purification station in the town of Dhiban and stole many of its equipment, and the destruction they caused to the station resulted in it being out of service.

* The mercenaries looted part of the contents of the People’s Municipality in the village of Al-Jardhi and destroyed and destroyed what they could not loot.

* The mercenaries caused material damage to the water institutions in the town of al-Busira and looted and destroyed its municipality.
