With the continued attacks of the Turkish occupation state on Kurdistan and the political and economic developments in the region, Kurdish voices are calling for the necessity of Kurdish national unity at this sensitive stage that the region is going through, especially in the midst of a Turkish attempt to exterminate the Kurdish people and the regional agreements hatched against the Kurdish issue.

Secretary of the Kurdistan Democratic Parti Party - Syria, Joan Seko, explained that the party has always called for Kurdish national unity in the belief that this unity will serve the Kurdish cause, especially at this stage that Kurdistan is going through, and Turkey's attempts to exterminate the Kurds and their cause, so it stood with the Kurdish agreements in Rojava  and support all initiatives of the Kurdistan National Congress.

Joan Seko noted that national unity puts an end to external interference, and all attempts that took place in Rojava to unite political parties failed, due to the Kurdish National Council's association with the coalition that was established for the interests of the Turkish occupation, which is today bringing about demographic change in the Kurdish regions it occupied and the Council The Kurdish patriot blesses this change.

Seko pointed out that what happened in Rojava is happening in the rest of Kurdistan as well, as there were attempts by the Kurdistan National Congress to hold a comprehensive conference of Kurdish parties in Sulaymaniyah in 2017, but the Kurdistan Democratic Party did not attend, and with it the Kurdish National Council tweeted outside the Kurdish squadron, They bear a historical responsibility towards the Kurdish issue.

Seko said: "When there is a Kurdish unity, it will be a reference for resolving many Kurdish issues, and sufficient to prevent external interference in our issues, but today we find a disagreement between Hewler and Sulaymaniyah, and we find the National Council working in favor of the Turkish occupation."

Cooperating with the occupier to strike the lands of Kurdistan is treason and collusion

The Secretary of the Democratic Party of Kurdistan - Syria explained: "The cooperation of some Kurdish parties with the Turkish occupation to strike the defense areas in the mountains of Kurdistan and launch attacks on the Guerrilla sites is considered a betrayal of the Kurdish people and an agent of the Turkish colonizer, and whoever brings the occupier to occupy its land is considered a traitor in the eyes of his people and the world."

Joan Seko confirmed: "What the Kurdistan Democratic Party is doing in Başûr is being done by the National Council in Rojava, and it is working with the occupier to bring about demographic change on the Kurdistan lands, and we hope that they will return to the Kurdish ranks, and they should know that their standing on the wrong side will not prevent the Kurdish people from pursue its cause and achieve its goals, and it will not prevent the achievement of Kurdish national unity.
