"Director of Endowments" occupied Girê Spî dismissed for refusing to obey mecenaries' orders

A local source from the Girê Spî canton, which has been occupied by Turkey and its mercenaries since October 2019, reported that the so-called "Tal Abyad Local Council" of the Turkish occupation dismissed "Dr. Khalil Al-Ibrahim, Director of Endowments" in the canton.

And the source indicated that the dismissal came after his refusal to dismiss the imam of the Fatima Al-Zahra Mosque in the town of Suluk, Sheikh Yasser Abu Ammar, for whom a video clip was spread on virtual communication sites in the middle of last June, in conjunction with the demonstrations that the people of the occupied canton took out, criticizing the living situation in the canton. And the violations of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries against the residents of the canton.

The occupied areas of Girê Spî canton are witnessing a popular uproar and discontent due to the crimes of the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries, as they staged two demonstrations in Girê Spî canton and the town of Suluk on the 14th and 17th of last June, in which they demanded the dissolution of the so-called "Local Council" and the removal of the mercenaries' hand from the region's capabilities.
