AANES's initiative receives positive responses

The Autonomous Administration of NE Syria launched an initiative, on April 18, to solve the Syrian crisis, which included 9 items that take into account and grant rights to the Syrian people.

Its items focused on "granting all components their legitimate rights within a unified Syria, ending the Turkish occupation, continuing efforts to combat (terrorism), fair sharing of wealth, achieving social justice and the return of refugees."

The Deputy of the co-chair of the General Council in the Autonomous Administration of NE Syria, Yasser Al-Suleiman, explained that the initiative received positive reactions from the democratic forces and parties, and some of the forces involved in the Syrian crisis.

" AANES has not received any responses from the Damascus government, whether by acceptance or rejection, at a time when Syrian political parties and political and intellectual figures have expressed their support for the initiative,"al-Sulaiman told ANHA agency.

Al-Suleiman noted that there are ongoing intensive diplomatic activities and moves by the Autonomous Administration at home and abroad, to communicate with regional and international parties in order to solve the Syrian crisis in a way that suits the aspirations of the Syrian people, through the proposed initiative.
