​​​​​​​Conference "Freedom for Ocalan... Peace and Stability in the World" kicks off tomorrow in South Africa

Personalities and representatives of political parties and trade unions in South Africa will participate in the conference, in addition to the participation of Mazloum Deng, the lawyer of the leader Abdullah Ocalan, and a delegation from the Syrian Initiative for the Freedom of Leader Ocalan, the Autonomous Administration, the Democratic Union Party and Kongra Star.

The conference includes speeches by:

Cameron Dagmore: Spokesperson for the South African National Congress

Sule Mbela: Spokesman for the Communist Party of South Africa

Melvyn De Bruyne: Cosatu party spokesperson

Barry Mitchell: President of the Trade Unions in South Africa

Mahmoud Patil: Head of the Kurdish Action Group for Human Rights.

Judge Albie Zaks, a prominent human rights activist who was a key figure in South Africa's struggles against apartheid and was appointed by Nelson Mandela as a judge in the country's first constitutional court, will participate in the conference, where Zaks will talk about the kidnapping of leader Ocalan and the legality and conditions of detention.

Conference axes

The first day of the conference, consisting of 4 axes, the first talks about the democratic nation and the role of parties in South Africa in supporting leader Ocalan. The second talks about the solitary confinement of leader Ocalan and the Imrali regime and personal experiences in solitary confinement for personalities from South Africa.

The third axis talks about the causes of crises in the world and the region, power, the nation-state system, and the problems of Middle Eastern countries.

And the fourth axis will deal with the struggles of peoples, especially the struggle of the Kurdish people for liberation.

As for the second day, it includes 3 axes, the first is the democratic solution for the Middle East and the world, in which two main issues will be highlighted.

The second is the democratic nation, AANES and building the economy, where the experience of North and East Syria will be addressed in these areas.

The second axis will address the need for revolution in the Middle East and the world by talking about the current reality, democratic confederation in the Middle East, building a democratic Syria, the importance of releasing leader Ocalan and all political prisoners in Turkey, and the road map to democracy.

The third and final axis will address the importance of ending the leader Ocalan's captivity, as well as talking about the initiatives launched in this context in North and East Syria, Kurdistan and South Africa, and the efforts of the leader Ocalan's lawyer in this regard.

The conference will conclude with a set of outputs and decisions that will be reached by the participants in their discussions.
