The year 2022 witnessed a remarkable development in women's activities at all levels, despite the constant attacks and targets that affect their struggle, until the "Jin, Jiyan, Azadî" philosophy advocated by them in the July 19, 2012 revolution became a global philosophy advocated by women in the world.

In the midst of the historical turning points that North and East Syria are going through since the beginning of the revolution of July 19, 2012, women are struggling in various ways to preserve the gains. Which was achieved thanks to the blood of thousands of male and female martyrs, obtaining their usurped rights and liberating girls of their gender and society from the male mentality that has tightened its control over aspects of life.

Various activities

* February 26, the Kongra Star Ecology Committee launched a series of various events; To spread the culture of environmental and health awareness, and on April 11, it announced the end of the campaign. By planting about 2,500 trees in various cities and districts of North and East Syria.

* February 2, the opening of a center for the SARA organization to combat violence against women in Ain Issa district.

* February 28, the opening of the first center of the Yazidi Women's Union in al-Shahba canton.

* March 8, the People's Municipality of Girkê Legê in Qamishlo canton inaugurated a roundabout that includes a statue in the form of two figures of hardworking women.

* May 31, the General Women's Council of the Future Syria Party launched a campaign, "Organized... Resistance... Achieve Freedom," which lasted until July 15.

* June 7, 72 women figures announced the establishment of the "Women Defend Kurdistan Against the Occupation" initiative.

* June 29, the opening of the "Ninhursag" center for natural medicine and psychological support for the first time in the city of Qamishlo, at the initiative of women in North and East Syria.

* August 12, the Women's Community Protection Forces, in coordination with Kongra Star, set up a sit-in tent, in front of the United Nations building in the city of Qamishlo, to condemn the attacks of the Turkish occupation, which lasted for 34 days.

* September 7, the Women's Authority in Jazira region opened the "Ahlan Simsim" center; for early childhood development in Qamishlo.

* November 12, the launch of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women in North and East Syria, and continued until the 25th of the same month.

* The Women's Protection Units (YPJ) liberated 7 Yazidi women, including minors, from the grip of ISIS/ Daesh mercenaries during the current year.

* June 1, the Internal Security Forces - Women inaugurated the first training course for non-commissioned officers at the Martyr Academy "Hera One" in the city of Qamishlo.

* July 5, the Health Committee of the Dêrik District Council graduated 35 trainees in a nursing course.

* The opening of 7 closed courses, to which 188 women joined, and 44 open courses were opened, to which 13,310 women joined, in addition to the opening of 4 open courses for men, to which 85 men joined, by Kongra Star.

* March 24, the first conference of the Women's Council in North and East Syria was held in Qamishlo.

* April 30 - May 1, the third conference of the Women's Protection Units (YPJ) was held in the city of Hasakah.

* September 28, the second conference of the Young Women's Union of the Afrin region was held.

* September 30, the first conference of the Young Women's Union was held in Aleppo.

* October 1, the ninth conference of Kongra Star was held in Qamishlo canton, and on October 5, its fourth conference was held in Aleppo, and on the 8th of the same month, its ninth conference was held in Hasakah canton.

* October 11, the second conference of the Young Women's Union in Raqqa, Tabqa, Deir-ez-Zor and Manbij was held in the city of Raqqa.

* November 5, the Women's Community Protection Forces (HPC - JIN), opened the first intellectual-military academy in North and East Syria in the city of Hasakah.

* November 19, the first conference of the Young Women's Union in North and East Syria was held in Tabqa.

* November 20, the first conference of the JINEOLOJI Research Center was held in Aleppo and Afrin - al-Shahba.

* May 15, the consultative meeting of Kurdish women was held in Rojava, in the city of Qamishlo.

* July 22-23, the first forum of the Women's Revolution in North and East Syria at the level of the Middle East was held in the city of Qamishlo.

* August 30, the declaration of the establishment of the Armenian Women's Union in North and East Syria.

* December 5, a Catalan delegation visited Kongra Star in the city of Qamishlo.

* The holding of about (821) meetings for women and families within the communes, and the organization of 6 sit-in tents on various topics such as (marriage of minors, violence against women, reading the directives of the KCK, remembering the martyrs of the prison resistance, remembering the martyrs, Zilan, Vian Suran, Dalal, and Britan, and remembering the death of the mother Awish) by Kongra Star.

Culturally and Artistically

* January 26, the inauguration of the "Golden Crescent" center by the Jamil Horo Center for Culture and Art in the city of Aleppo.

* March 1-2, the launch of the seventh festival of "Women's Literature and Art" in the city of Qamishlo.

* June 21, the documentary film "Nojyan", which talks about the life of the martyr journalist "Nojyan Arhan", was shown in the hall of the Mohammad Sheikho Center for Culture and Art in the city of Qamishlo.

* June 28, the Golden Crescent Movement for Women's Culture in North and East Syria, releases a new video song under the title (Lê Zîlan), in conjunction with the 26th anniversary of the martyrdom of the fighter (Zainab Kanaji).

* August 13-14-15, the Golden Crescent Movement for Women's Culture in North and East Syria organized the first Martyr Bergum Festival for Women in the city of Aleppo.

* September 9, the Mesopotamia Movement for Democratic Culture and Art in al-Hasakah canton, sponsored by the Golden Crescent Movement, organized the seventh festival for children.

* September 24, the Golden Crescent movement in Afrin region organized the third childhood festival in al-Shahba canton.

* October 6, the Golden Crescent Movement of the Afrin region released a song called "Gina" as a dedication to the soul of the young Kurdish woman, Gina Amini.

* November 12-13, the Golden Crescent Movement for Women's Culture in North and East Syria held its third conference in Tabqa city.

* December 4, the Golden Crescent Movement for Women's Culture released a music video titled "Baraye"; In support of the "Jin, Jiyan, Azadî" uprising in Rojhalat Kurdistan and Iran.

Economically

* February 6, Kongra Star in Tirbespiyê district opened a special oven for saj bread in the name of the martyr "Hevidar Tirbespiyê.”

* March 6, the inauguration of the nursery of the martyr "Hevrin Khalaf" in the city of Qamishlo.

In June, the office of the Zenobia Women’s Gathering in the city of Raqqa harvested the wheat crop in the northern countryside of Raqqa on the lands planted by the gathering, which amounted to 400 dunums, and 70 dunums in the southern countryside of Raqqa.

In November, the Hilweh Town Association affiliated with the Women's Economy in Tirbespiyê district, in which 6 women work, began cultivating an area of 20 dunums out of 220 dunums with winter vegetables and legumes such as beans, lettuce, onions and garlic.

* Offices of the Zenobia Women's Gathering were opened in Raqqa, (4) bakeries for pastries and bread, in which 15 women work. In Tabqa, a pastry bakery, a factory for nylon bags, were opened. In Manbij, several projects were opened.

* The Kongra Star opened several economic and agricultural projects, including the opening of (3) bakeries in Tirbespiyê district, each of which employs (4) women, and 2 small poultry farms in which (8) women work. It also planted about 7,700 olive trees in Deir-ez-Zor, Tabqa and Raqqa. and Manbij.

* The Women's Body in the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria AANES opened 11 kindergartens and nurseries for children in separate areas in North and East Syria, it also reopened sewing workshops, and centers for the protection of women, in addition to holding many seminars and workshops in order to raise the level of women.

The crimes of the Turkish occupation against women in North and East Syria

* April 20, the martyrdom of the three female fighters in the Women's Protection Units (YPJ), (Dalar Aleppo, real name Rania Hanan, Ronahi Kobani, real name Rudin Abdul Qadir Muhammad, Kobani, real name Jihan Nidal Ali), when a Turkish occupation drone targeted their car in Kobani.

* May 30, the martyrdom of the female fighter in the Women's Protection Units (YPJ), Mizgin Botan, real name Rahima Ghazali, and the national figure Khosrau Malak; After their car was targeted by a drone on the road to the village of Sikarka, east of Qamishlo.

* July 22, a drone belonging to the Turkish occupation state targeted a car on the Qamishlo- Tirbespiyê road; As a result, the commander of the Anti-Terrorism Units, Gian Tolhildan, the leader of the Women's Protection Units, Roj Khabur, and the fighter in the Anti-Terrorism Units, Barin Botan, were martyred.

* July 28, the Turkish occupation state targeted, with a drone, a vehicle of the Internal Security Forces in Ain Issa; This led to the martyrdom of 4 members of the Internal Security Forces, namely (Bashar Mohammad Ali Bozan, Jihan Muhammad Mustafa, Sarah Mohammad Al-Hussein, Salma Ali Mustafa).

* August 9, the Turkish occupation state targeted a point of the Self-Defense Forces; Its mission was to protect hospitals in Qamishlo, which led to the martyrdom of four fighters, including the martyr Delsuz Tirbespiyê.

* August 18, the Turkish occupation state targeted, with a drone, an educational center for girls in the village of Shmuka in al-Hasakah canton, killing 6 girls and wounding 10 others.

* September 27, the co-chairmanship of the Office of Justice and Reform Affairs in the Autonomous Administration of Jazira region (Zainab Mohammad, Yilmaz Rasho) was martyred in a Turkish occupation drone attack on their car in the countryside of Girkê Legê.
