SDF's Mazloum Abdi: Ahlam Bashir belongs to ISIS mercenaries

The commander of the Syrian Democratic Forces, Mazloum Abdi, revealed to an American website that Ahlam al-Bashir, accused of the Istanbul bombing, belongs to a family affiliated with ISIS mercenaries.

In an exclusive interview with Al-Monitor, Abdi considered that the Istanbul bombing was a provocative act by the Turkish occupation state, in order to pave the way for war against us.

Abdi added, "We conducted a lot of research and concluded that the attack (Istanbul) was carried out by Syrian opposition groups operating under Turkey's control,"

He said "We proved that the woman who was arrested for planting the bomb came from a family linked to ISIS, three of her brothers died while fighting in the ranks of ISIS, one died in Raqqa, another in Manbij, and the third in Iraq, and another brother is a leader in the Turkish-backed Syrian opposition in Afrin.

" Ahlam Al-Bashir was married to three different ISIS fighters, stressing that Ahlam descends from The city of Aleppo we absolutely nothing to do with her, and this is not our policy.” Abdi added.
