​​​​​​​ Younes calls on Damascus government to fulfill its responsibilities in protecting Syrian lands

 The speech of the co-chair of the Executive Council of the Democratic Autonomous Administration in Jazira region, Talaat Younis, commented on the air strikes of the Turkish occupation state on the regions of northern and eastern Syria.

 He counted the recent attacks of the Turkish occupation state on the region and its targeting of the people from al-Shahba to the Derik district of Qamishlo canton, which led to the death of a number of citizens, including our correspondent Issam Abdullah, as a continuity of the extermination policies pursued by Turkey against the peoples of the region.

 Younes drew attention to the targets of the Turkish attacks on the regions of northern and eastern Syria, and said: "These attacks come with the aim of striking the democratic project in the region, and breaking the will of our people's resistance," adding: "The Turkish state, from time to time, uses arguments to continue its attacks and commit massacres against our people."

 'We will avenge the blood of our martyrs and our people'

 He criticized the international silence towards the attacks and massacres committed by the Turkish occupation state against the people of the region, stating: "The international community must clarify its position towards these policies and massacres."

 He called on the people of the region to unite around their gains and Autonomous Administration and support their fighters (Syrian Democratic Forces) against all forms of attacks and policies pursued against the region, and added: "Just as we resisted with our strength and the will of our people against these policies before now. We took the approach of resistance as the basis of our revolution, we will continue this approach against  Turkish attacks again, and we will take revenge for the blood of our martyrs and our people."

 The co-chair of the Executive Council of the Democratic Autonomous Administration in Jazira region, Talaat Younes, called on the Damascus government to carry out its duty and responsibilities towards the occupation policies and its violations against the Syrian territories, to protect the borders and the Syrian people.
