"The entry of terrorist mercenaries (Tahrir al-Sham) into the occupied territory of the canton of Girê Spi is part of Turkey's well-known plan to threaten the north and east of Syria. and destabilizing its security and stability, having demonstrated the positions and realities of our regions as a fortified shield during the past years by confronting the policy of extermination, aggression and repeated bombardment of villages and areas on the lines of confrontation with the Turkish enemy following its recent occupation of the territory of the province in October 2019. "

"So what the Turkish occupying state intends to do is to bring mercenaries (Hayat Tahrir al-Sham) into battles with the forces defending the Syrian peoples of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in order to obtain new field gains after the repeated failure of successive years of occupation and aggression."

"The Turkish occupying state is working in parallel with its military strategy to make the territory of the canton of Girê Spi a terrorist outpost and to continue to care for extremists, and to activate schools and institutes through which extremist ideas that legitimize murder, along with the policy of Turkification schools, seek to sustain its occupation and ensure the application of its plans in the occupation of Syrian territory."
