Al Jazira's Health Body: All evidence confirms Turkey's use of chemical weapons

On Wednesday, the Health Body issued a statement to the public over the Turkish attacks with internationally prohibited chemical weapons.

Dozens of members of civil and health unions and institutions in the region participated in the statement, which was read by the co-chair of the Health Authority in Al Jazira Region, Khaled Daoud.

The statement said: "Since a while, the Turkish occupation state has increased its brutal attacks on the People's Defense Forces in the legitimate defense areas, using internationally prohibited weapons, and the echoes of these brutal attacks are escalating and in many parts of the world.

The statement continued, "The International Doctors Association for the Prevention of Nuclear Wars, which is based in Vienna, Austria, published a report via Reuters, during its visit to Iraq and the Kurdistan region, that all evidence confirms the Turkish army's use of these internationally prohibited weapons, contrary to what the Turkish Armed Forces' allegations claim that they did not use these weapons." .

Pointing out that what was published by the Media Center of the People Defense Forces, including pictures and videos of the wounded fighters is irrefutable evidence."

The statement called on the relevant international forces and organizations to expose "the violations and try the government of the tyrant Erdogan before international courts on charges of committing war crimes and genocide against the Kurdish people and the peoples of the region".

Woth to note that On the 18th of this month, the leadership of the People's Defense Center (NPG) said 17 fighters from the Guerilla Forces were martyred during the attacks launched by the Turkish occupation state with chemical weapons.
