​​​​​​​Karasu: Kurdish people must rise up against chemical attacks of Turkish occupation

 The speech of a member of the Executive Committee of the Kurdistan Community Unions (KCK), Mustafa  Karasu, came during a special program on (Medya Haber TV) about the isolation of the leader Abdullah Ocalan, where he said:

 "The isolation of the leader Abdullah Ocalan enters its twenty-fifth year, and the international conspiracy against him has left 24 years behind it, and it has entered its 25th year, despite holding meetings every period on the basis of a special war, and as a result of our struggle, the government was forced to conduct some meetings with him, the isolation continues.  For 24 years, lawyers have not been allowed to meet with him since 2011. He has not been allowed to meet with his family except in exceptional cases, in the past two years, and it is impossible to know what is happening in Imrali, it shows the position of freedom for the Kurdish people, the democratic position in Imrali in this topic, as the leader of the people, will show what is necessary, which is why the Turkish state and the government of the Justice and Development Party and the National Fascist Movement Party are tightening its isolation.

 The reason for the aggravating isolation is the policy towards the Kurds, it pursues a policy of extermination against them because it wants to liquidate the Kurdish liberation movement, it tightens the isolation on the leader Ocalan. The position of the leader is the position towards the Kurdish people, and the position towards the Kurdish liberation movement, given the isolation in Imrali,  One can understand how the Turkish state deals with the Kurdish issue and the struggle of the Kurdish people by looking at the pressures on the Kurdish people and the dirty war against the Kurdish freedom movement we can understand the politics that is being pursued there, and the isolation that is imposed.

This is how isolation is pursued, the leader is subjected to great pressure, in this way they take revenge on him, why did you become aware of this people...?  Why did you organize it...?  Why did you make him fight...?  With this, they impose severe isolation and severe pressure on them, because the struggle of the Kurdish people is a big problem for them, and the struggle for freedom and democracy for the Kurdish people began with the thought of the leader and the strength of the leader, the only policy for them is to eliminate the awareness, organization, goals, hopes and struggle of this people. This leader can't be isolated, of course they can't.  The leader Ocalan has affects all the peoples of the Middle East and the whole world. This is his reality. Basically, he is an intellectual leader. This is the biggest aspect of him.  As the peoples of the Middle East derive strength from the thought of the Kurdish people.

 We can say that the leader Ocalan is the only current leader who found and proposed solutions to the problems of the world, and throughout history, the leaders who provided solutions to the problems of peoples played their role as leaders and changed history.

 Europe continues the policy of interests

Karasu criticized the European Committee against Torture in Prison (CPT), and said that “the European Committee against Torture is affiliated with the Council of Europe. There are common interests between them, for this, the European Union, and the Council of Europe, turn a blind eye to the repression of the Turkish state in many other issues, and not only in the Imrali case. In this regard, Europe, which ignores the genocides  that the Kurdish people are subjected to, turns a blind eye to these massacres and extermination of the Kurdish people. Therefore, it will certainly remain silent in the face of pressures in Imrali prison. The leader Ocalan said that he met the European Committee against Torture in Detention Centers for the first time in  Imrali, and explained that this system was set up by Europe, built by the conspiring powers, and Turkey was given the task of guarding it, so the Committee against Torture in Detention Centers and Europe is practicing the policy of hypocrisy.

“On the grounds that they are talking about democracy and human rights and their defenders, when it comes to the Kurdish issue, as well as political and economic interests, they forget and violate their values, the position of the Council of Europe, the position of the European Committee against Torture, and their values ​​are equal to their interests.

 They ignore the massacres against the Kurds

 “The imposition of genocide on Kurdistan was among the agreements that came after the First World War, and the Treaty of Lausanne was one of those agreements, which was about Mosul and Kirkuk, and would it be left to Turkey or to Iraq, at that time, the Treaty of Lausanne was approved for the extermination of the Kurds by The Turkish occupation in exchange for leaving Mosul and Kirkuk to England.

 Karasu recalled the outcome of the battles published by the Central Command of the People's Defense Forces, and pointed out that the Turkish occupation state had used thousands of thermal bombs, chemical weapons and toxic gases, and said, "The attacks carried out by the Turkish occupation state are greater and more severe than Russia's attacks on Ukraine. It uses chemical weapons in this war, but there was a great heroic resistance against this war  for six months, as all our comrades there like Sarah, Tolheldan and Roken Zalal have resisted with all guerilla, and our comrades make the same sacrifice there."

The Kurdish people must rise up

 Karasu pointed out that public opinion's denunciation is important against chemical weapons attacks, and said, "The Kurdish people must rise up, and the democratic forces must express their denunciation and revolt, and escalate their position towards that. When the issue is related to the Kurdish issue, the world deals with it negligently. The Turkish regime, on the one hand, trying to justify its position, and on the other hand it is guilty of crimes.”

 Karasu strongly criticized the KDP for obstructing the work of the bodies to investigate the chemical attacks, and said, "The Turkish occupation state is undoubtedly an enemy, but the important and painful thing is the KDP, which covers up these attacks, and prevents  people who want to go there and cover up Turkey’s crimes, just as covering up Turkey’s crimes has been entrusted to the Kurdistan Democratic Party, so wherever the Turkish occupying state attacks, the KDP immediately makes excuses for it, saying, “And for this thing you attack Şengal, just as you attack Rojava for any  A reason, "Where the Democrat does not place the blame on the Turkish occupying state, it is the biggest historical shame chasing the Kurdistan Democratic Party, because it covers up the use of poison gases and chemical weapons."
