Meanwhile, the ninth Kongra Star Conference is being held in Qamishlo Canton at the ARAM Tikran Center for Culture and art in the town of Rmelan, Qamishlo Canton, and the conference hall is decorated with images of the martyrs of the free women's movement, signs with the words "Brotherhood of peoples is a reality, not a slogan," and "stop the Turkish state's terrorism on women," in addition to hanging a photo of the Kurdish young woman Gina Amini, who was killed by the Iranian authorities on the pretext of not complying with the correct hijab conditions, and written next to her "our oath is revenge, the extermination of women is brutal".

The conference was attended by representatives of women's organizations in the Al - Jazeera region (Kongra Star Conference, Syrian women's Council, Women's Council in NE Syria, women's offices and councils in civil and social institutions, community protection forces-women, and the women's Council for martyrs ' families).

According to the preparatory committee, the conference program includes reading leader Ocalan's assessments on the struggle of women, and guidance on the essence and reality of free women, followed by reading the report of the conference's work over the past two years, and the report focuses on the activities of women and their organization in society and their role in the revolution of Northern and Eastern Syria, and then discussing it, provided that the conference concludes its activities with the election of the women's Council at the star conference in Qamishlo Canton, today.
