​​​​​​​NE Syria's people prepare to face Turkish attacks

 North and east Syria are subjected to continuous threats and attacks by the Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries, targeting citizens, their property and service institutions;  In order to intimidate them and occupy their lands.  In order to repel the Turkish aggression, the General Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria declared a state of public emergency in the rest of the region to confront the threats of the occupation, on July 6.

 In this context, the people of Tibespiyê district of Qamishlo canton and adjacent to the Turkish border affirmed their their full readiness to defend the area against the attacks of the Turkish occupation army. Nassim Murad says: "The Turkish occupation has fought the revolution in northern and eastern Syria since its inception, by all means and methods.  After the defeat of its ally ISIS, it resorted to launching attack itself, trying to occupy more lands in the region," stressing the need to act according to the sensitivity of the stage and to volunteer in the emergency committee with the aim of organizing society according to the principle of the people's revolutionary war.

 He stressed that "the organization of society is the most effective and powerful weapon in the face of attacks."

 For his part, citizen Hassan Muhammad noted that "everyone is required to organize themselves in all respects, and to support the military forces," stressing that "by organizing our ranks, we can confront all advanced weapons."

 In turn, citizen Khalil Shendi, who answered the call for the state of emergency and took his place in the Protection Committee, indicated that "preparing for war according to the basis of the people's revolutionary war is the most important step to achieve victory," stressing that "organization and preparation is the duty of every individual in order to protect the gains  that have been achieved."

 As for the administrators in Kongra Star in the district, Bushra Khalil, she indicated that they started forming committees for the state of emergency and organizing their ranks according to these committees.  These include a "Women's Protection Committee; women are trained on weapons, a committee to provide food to female fighters and male fighters, a committee to organize and raise awareness, and a medical committee."

 At the end of her speech, Bushra appealed to the people of northern and eastern Syria to organize their ranks according to the principles of the People's Revolutionary War to achieve victory and repel the Turkish aggression, which is preparing to commit massacres against us.

As for the people of the areas that are subjected to daily bombardment in the areas of Zarkan and Tal Tamr by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries, they affirmed their steadfastness and resistance in the face of the attacks, and held Russia and America fully responsible. Citizen Walid Shaker, a resident of Tal Tamr district, says: "The attacks of the occupation and its mercenaries on Tal Tamr district and its countryside have continued since the occupation of the Serêkaniyê district in 2019 with the aim of displacing us."

 He added, "The occupation targets us directly،, so what is the fault of these people for enduring this suffering."

 On the same side, citizen Ibrahim Barafi denounced the position of the international powers, and said, "Despite the presence of a Russian base in the district, the Turkish occupation's attacks with drones and missiles continue before the eyes of the whole world, especially Russia and America, which are standing by without showing any reaction."  .

 He stressed the need to cling to the land, away from the interests of the forces interfering in the Syrian crisis, calling on them to settle their accounts and interests away from Syria.

 Citizen Behzad Seno said, "Our areas are the safest, and we will not leave them, because the occupation aims behind its bombing to displace us and occupy more of our lands."

 Sino held Russia and America responsible for the crimes committed by the Turkish occupation state against the peoples of north and east Syria, and said: "Turkey's failure to hold Turkey accountable for its crimes is a disgrace on the forehead of the United Nations.

 The people of al-Hasakah also affirmed their readiness to take up arms and stand by the military forces to confront the attacks, as citizen Khadija Ahmed, from the Arab component, rejected the attacks launched by Turkey, and indicated that “their goal is to disperse the people of the region and tear the social fabric under the Autonomous Administration.”  She stressed, "If necessary, we will take up arms in the face of any occupier who wants to occupy our lands, and we will not leave our homes."

 For his part, the citizen Azad Hajj Muhammad, of the Kurdish component, re-escalated the Turkish occupation state's attacks on northern and eastern Syria in the recent period to its efforts to occupy the largest possible geographical area in Syria and nibble it with the approach of the centenary of the Lausanne Agreement, next year.

Azad Haj Muhammad pointed out that the Turkish occupation state is committing massacres against peoples to serve their interests, publicly, as a result of international consensus on interests, stressing, "We will resist even with stones, and we will stand in the face of the Turkish occupation, and we will not take a step back, no matter what the matter costs us;  Because our goal is to liberate our areas from the Turkish occupier."

 As for Lusnak Kavorian, who is of the Armenian component in the city of Al-Hasakah, she said: "Everyone agrees on interests regarding our areas. We recently witnessed systematic bombing by Turkey on the areas of Zarkan and Tal Tamr, targeting citizens, including women and children, in front of the Russian forces' gaze, without moving a finger."  ".

 She added: "The goals and plans of the Turkish occupation are clear, namely the occupation, the division of Syria, and the extermination of peoples by committing massacres, as it did previously against the Armenian and Syriac people, but this time we will stand in the face of the occupation with our military and security forces."

  Lusnak Kavorian pointed out her preparations, along with her comrades in the city, to confront the new attempt to occupy the area, saying: "We are preparing and organizing ourselves according to a long-term war, by training in weapons and undergoing first aid courses, to support the forces."
