Speech of Aldar Khalil, came during his participation in the Raafa program, which is shown on Rojava screen, about the project of Autonomous administration, which was built on the basis of the brotherhood of peoples and the democratic nation.

On Damascus government’s assumption of its responsibilities towards protecting the Syrian sovereignty, he said: “Not only since the revolution of the nineteenth of July until now, even before it. On the first day, we presented our project to public opinion and the world at large. We seek a Syria based on the brotherhood of peoples and the democratic nation.

Khalil said: Since Turkey's occupation of many Syrian lands such as Jarabulus, Azaz, Al-Bab, Afrin, Tal Abyad, and Serêkaniyê, it has introduced its mercenaries to Idlib which is also considered occupied areas, so Turkey has intervened in all of Syria's problems, which has prolonged age of the Syrian crisis, I mean, frankly, if the Damascus government seeks to resolve the crisis in Syria, only discussions and consultations are not enough. Of course, this is a prerequisite. The most important thing is to stop the Turkish occupation. I mean, when our country is occupied, how will the solution be?

Regarding the dialogues between the Damascus government and the Autonomous Administration, Aldar Khalil said that there are some points that are still pending between the two parties, and they have not been agreed upon, stressing that the point that must be agreed upon now is that everyone is in danger and Syrian sovereignty is in danger because of Turkish threats.

Khalil added: “There are some points in which we did not reach an agreement with the Damascus government, including abandoning the centralization and this is an important point.

He pointed out that: "Many Syrian regions are now occupied, and the occupied areas are considered one of the most important and richest areas in Syria in terms of agriculture, and the mystical wealth, so they are considered one of the cities rich and this is an important thing.
