In the wake of Protesters, Heavy Turkish mobilization in Serêkaniyê

The occupied Serêkaniyê area is witnessing a heavy security alert for the Turkish army and its mercenaries, following demonstration that took place yesterday, amid the closure of markets and shops.

Sources confirmed to ANHA that the occupied area is witnessing today, security tension and a great alertness of mercenaries and the Turkish occupation army, in addition to the extensive spread of checkpoints in an attempt to suppress any demonstrations.

Yesterday, the occupied area of Serêkaniyê witnessed a demonstration that was met by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries, who attacked demonstrators, closed main roads, markets and shops, and imposed a curfew.

The demonstrators had come out in the town of Tel Halaf in the occupied Serêkaniyê region, against the poor living conditions, increasing violations and crimes of the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries, which including killing, torture, kidnapping, looting and property confiscation.

Worth to note that "Health Committee" had closed pharmacies and seized medicines in medical warehouses in Serêkaniyê on the 28th of last June with the aim of obtaining bribes and making money.
