Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that a number of people from the town of Tal Halaf, located west of Serêkaniyê, in the countryside of Hasaka, within the occupied area by Turkish occupation state, demonstrated demanding the reopening of medical pharmacies that were closed by so-called "Health and Police Committee" of Turkish occupation.

The demonstrators also condemned the increasing security chaos in Serêkaniyê and its countryside, while civilian police mercenaries beat the demonstrators, which caused a state of tension amid the alertness of Turkish occupation forces and they blocked some roads.

Serêkaniyê is witnessing a significant increase in violations by "National Army" mercenaries loyal to Turkish occupation, against the people of the region who remain in their homes.

On June 28, so-called "Health Committee", accompanied by "Civil Police", had closed some pharmacies and seized quantities of medicines in the city of Serêkaniyê, within Turkish occupied areas in Hasaka countryside, and burned some of them in front of the media and returned some of them to their owners after pay bribes to the Committee.
