​​​​​​​Bedran Chiya Kurd calls on S. Kurdistan to investigate Ferhad Shibli's

On 17 June a drone of the Turkish occupation state targeted a civilian car on board deputy Co-chairmanship of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria Ferhad Shibli who was on a visit to the city of Sulaimaniye to receive medical care.

In a statement the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria condemned the attack calling on the Iraqi federal government and the KRG to bear responsibility and to verify their positions towards such a terrorist act. It called on the international community to play its supposed role and put pressure on Turkey to put an end to such acts that destabilise the region and breaches upon the sanctity of countries. 

To shed light on the issue ANHA met Co-chairmanship of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria Bedran Chiya Kurd who offered condolences to the family of the martyr and the Kurdish people and others of the region.

Chiya Kurd said targeting a figure like Ferhad and his comrades '' is against the struggle of our people for the sake of freedom and against those free seeking ones that have the will and decision to meet the aspirations of the people''.

Chiya Kurd dubbed the attack as a ''cowardly one and expresses the defeatist spirit of its does who fear the eventual ends at the hands of those determined to attain victory and inflict defeat upon the fascist regime''. 

Bedran Chiyas Kurd said the Turkish regime is in a difficult phase and goes through the count down and it commit the most of appalling crimes against our people as if it were attaining a victory on all fronts''. 

Bedran Chiya Kurd affirmed that ''such terrorist acts and annihilations make our people more steadfast and more determined to destroy the aggression and revolt against repression in the face of enemies''.

Bedran indicated that ''targeting  our comrade Ferhad who was on a civil and humanitarian mission in Southern Kurdistan in the Kelar region that is some 200 km away from Turkish borders comes within the terrorist acts that target the best of our fighters in the Region''.

Regarding drone strikes against nationals and the leadership in Southern Kurdistan and it silence Bedran said '' it a painful matter, this is bereaving for us all. All these acts and attacks take place under the nose of the leadership of Southern Kurdistan that lifts no finger''.   

Bedran said that such acts make Southern Kurdistan a hotbed for Turkish occupation forces and the collaborators with it of weak conscience at the expense of the Kurdish people''.

Bedran Chiya Kurd wondered how could such acts of blatant breaches be accepted by the Region and the Iraqi government and how these aerial and ground penetrations are committed''? he said : '' committing such acts of terror in the Kurdistan deep territories paves the way for different interpretations''.

Bedran Chiya Kurd called on the Kurdistan Regional Government to commence an open and transparent investigation into the operation against Martyr Ferhad and his comrades and to reveal the outcomes of that investigation. He called on the political parties and the people in Southern Kurdistan to show rejecting stances against the fascist Turkey and collaborators.

On the position that is engulfed in vagueness by the Iraqi Federal Government though its sovereignty is breached by the Turkish occupation state Bedran affirmed that the Iraqi government protect is sovereignty and to take firm and additional actions against the Turkish breaches and to end the presence of the Turkish military bases in Southern Kurdistan''.

Co-chairmanship of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria called on the international community and organizations to show stances and policies that prevent the thug practices of the Turkish state in the region''.
