The Syrian Democratic Council (SDC) held a meeting with women figures, political activists and intellectuals from the city of Manbij and its countryside, to discuss the Turkish threats and attacks on the Autonomous Administration areas and their impact on the path of a political solution.

On any possible attack by the Turkish occupation state on north and east Syria, Amina Omar explained, "The Turkish state wants to expand in our areas, as it threatens repeatedly to launch a military operation against us," stressing, "We will not allow any military operation on our areas, and we stand with our military forces to address it ."
