'Turkish state attacks effectively divide the Syrian state'

Bedran Çiya Kurd, said that Syria, especially the areas of NE, Syria, are subjected to repeated attacks and threats by the Turkish state, the main objective of which is to occupy and annexation more Syrian lands in order to expand its occupation in the region; thus eliminating the cultural and historical identity of the peoples of the region, especially the Kurdish people."

He added: "These aggressive and occupational operations are considered a systematic process of extermination for all the Syrian people and the peoples of the region. It is an actual division of the Syrian state and a deepening of its crisis, and the imposition of a policy of no solution and chaos on the entire Syrian territory."

'The Syrian army must protect the external borders'

He called on the national democratic political forces and all the Syrian people to take their role in confronting the Turkish occupation, and called on the Syrian army to "protect the borders from external attacks."

He said: "As it is a national and moral duty that all the national democratic political forces and all the Syrian people from south to north and over the entire Syrian area play their assigned role towards the Turkish occupation state, and it is also the responsibility of the Syrian army to take its role in confronting the Turkish aggression and protecting the borders. from external attacks in cooperation with the Syrian people of all its components.”

Bedran Çiya Kurd noted that Damascus must realize that "ending the occupation and repelling external attacks can only take place through a full democratic political consensus among all Syrians on the basis of recognizing the reality of the cultural and ethnic diversity of Syrian society and resolving all outstanding structural issues in accordance with national and historical responsibilities based on principles and values of the constitutionalism that guarantees the legitimate rights of all components.
