​​​​​​​ Turkey wants to settle million militants so it can attack Arab world, not only Syria

 In the words of his head of state, the Turkish occupation threatens to launch a new aggression against northern and eastern Syria, under the cover the "safe zone", which carries with it many goals, most notably the revival of the Milli Charter, and the occupation of northern Syria with a depth of 30 km.

 In this context, a member of the Presidential Council of the Syrian Democratic Council, Muhammad Ali Hassan, spoke about the threats of the Turkish occupation on northern and eastern Syria, the international positions of these attacks, and its project in northern Syria aims.

 Muhammad Ali Hassan began his speech by emphasizing the role of the Turkish occupation in changing the course of the Syrian movement to serves its interests, "The Turkish occupation played a major role in the escalation of the Syrian crisis;  With the aim of controlling the peaceful movement that began in 2011, distorting it and arming it to serve its interests.”

 In retaliation for ISIS and in implementation of its plans, the occupation seeks to launch a new attack

 Regarding the threats of the Turkish occupation to launch an attack on northern Syria, and the points on which it is based in implementing these threats, Hassan said, "The ambitions of the Turkish occupation are not new, as is its hostility to the peoples of the region, especially the Kurdish people. It is a historical enmity. It seeks to revive the Ottoman Empire, on the blood of the Kurdish people."  Therefore, his threats must be taken seriously, regrdless of the external forces which did not move a finger when he occupied Jarablus, Afrin, Serêkaniyê and Girê Spî.

 Hassan continued, "Threatening the only line of resistance in Syria, represented by the Syrian Democratic Forces, seeks to avenge ISIS by launching attacks on the peoples of northern and eastern Syria, the Kurds, Arabs, Circassians and Syriacs. If  If he was able to break this line, he will be able to fulfill his previous promise to reach Damascus, pray in the Umayyad Mosque, and avenge Morsi in Egypt, as well as the Ghannouchi government.

 Exporting its internal problems abroad

 During his speech, Hassan referred to the bad internal situation of the Turkish occupation state, "The economic and political situation is miserable. Erdogan is on the verge of presidential elections next year, so he is trying to please his people by carrying out military operations to expand the area of ​​his occupation, through bombing  Many areas in north and east Syria and the massacres committed against their people, and to convince him that the large numbers of Syrians in Turkey are the reason for the collapse of the Turkish economy.

 Hassan believes that "the international forces, at this stage, are not going to give the green light to this attack, for several reasons, firstly, it will cause a humanitarian catastrophe by displacing hundreds of thousands of people, not to mention the revival of ISIS in al-Hol camp and other areas."  This will put pressure on European countries, and the second reason is that Erdogan's words contradict his actions - he wants to play on both sides - taking advantage of the world's preoccupation with the Ukrainian war."

 In previous attacks, many statements were issued by international powers that expressed their opposition to the Turkish attacks, but these forces did not take actual steps to deter any Turkish attack.

 Russia is in trouble

 Regarding the Russian position, Hassan said, "Russia's situation is difficult, especially after Turkish threats to launch an attack on the Tel Rifaat area. Russia cannot give Erdogan the green light to occupy it, because there are many forces on the ground. Also, its occupation will pose a threat to the city of Aleppo.  The Turkish occupation, which delayed its agreement with them on the project to restore the M4 line.

 Hassan urged the people of Afrin to "adhere to the option of resistance, because it is the only way to guarantee a return to it."

 He continued, "If Russia cedes any new area in Syria, it will be in a critical position before the Syrian people, especially since the "safe zone" that Erdogan wants to establish is an area under its protection and its bases are located there, and we see that achieving the goals of the Turkish occupation will be difficult, specifically after its failure.  And Russia in the agreement on the city of Idlib.”

 Regarding what Turkey calls the “safe zone,” Hassan said, “there is no term “safe zone” in the charter of the United Nations and human rights and humanitarian organizations. This area that Turkey claims is nothing but a military zone par excellence, as it wants to settle a million armed men with their families in this region, outside  its borders, so that it can carry out its attacks from there to the Arab interior, not just the Syrian one, so the Arab and Kurdish peoples and all components of the region must stand up to its ambitions.

 Turkey seeks to establish a large "Guantanamo" prison in northern Syria

 Hassan continued, "The mercenary groups that came to northern Syria under Russian and Turkish agreements over the past years have realized that Turkey will besiege them in that area, to be able to control it and send it to the fighting fronts it wants. That is why the movement was from the al-Bab area through Jarablus and Afrin to Idlib."  This area is a new Guantanamo prison for Turkey."

 Regarding the demonstrations that took place recently in the occupied areas against the policies of the Turkish occupation, Hassan said, "It is good to witness a national Syrian movement that restores national cohesion to the Syrians," stressing that "the Syrian government must be aware of the seriousness of this situation, and put pressure on its allies to prevent the Turkish influx, because any occupation  A new situation for the region will weaken it, so it must open a direct dialogue with all political parties to reach a solution and establish a national front to confront the dangers.
