​​​​​​​Jamal Sheikh Baqi: KDP puts S. Kurdistan in great danger

Media Center of People Defense Forces published a statement in which it issued a warning: "According to the statements of a Kurdistan Democratic Party official, who spoke on behalf of the Assistant Minister of Peshmerga, as well as the statements of the Governor of Dohuk, and according to the intelligence information that reached us, KDP forces are preparing to participate in this strategic war between us and Turkish state."

On this issue, Jamal Sheikh Baqi, made it clear in a statement to ANHA agency that the preparations being made by Kurdistan Democratic Party in Southern Kurdistan to attack legitimate defense areas are not affiliated with the Ministry of Peshmerga, but rather they are affiliated with Democratic Party forces.

Sheikh Baqi said: "There is no official decision so far by the government of Başûr in this regard. Kurdistan Democratic Party always speaks in the name of Peshmerga because the institutions in Başûr are managed by them, but these policies are Kurdistan Democratic Party' policies.

Sheikh Baqi pointed out the reason why Turkish occupation state used Kurdistan Democratic Party, in its war against People Defense Forces, saying: "The war that takes place in legitimate defense areas does not go according to what Turkey planned."

He continued, "Turkey now wants to ignite the fire of war more in Başûr by using its last card, which is the official participation of Kurdistan Democratic Party in its war against Guerrillas, despite the appeals of Kurdish people not to be drawn into the brotherhood war."

Noting that Turkish occupation state, headed by Erdogan's regime, especially at this stage, has reached the conviction that it can't win by force of arms in legitimate defense areas, in which it has been defeated dozens of times through the attacks it was launching.

Pointing out that Turkish occupation state is now working to use Kurds against Kurds in its war in Sothern Kurdistan, and to convey an idea to the world that there are good Kurds and bad Kurds and that they are with the good Kurds fighting the bad Kurds and terrorists.

He warned KDP of the dangers of engaging in the war against Guerrillas, saying: "If KDP enters this war and gets dragged behind Turkish conspiracy, they do not harm PKK, not even themselves, but rather they will put Başûr Kurdistan in a great danger.

And he added, "Erdogan several years ago expressed his remorse by allowing the establishment of Kurdistan Region, and now if he has the opportunity, he will eliminate the government of Başûr Kurdistan," calling on KDP officials to pay attention to this matter.

And he held Kurdistan Democratic Party, responsible for eliminating Başûr (Southern Kurdistan), and that history and Kurdish people will write this history down.
