Jalal Zenati: it is time for peoples to unite against Turkish aspirations

Turkish occupation state seeks to occupy more lands in both Syrian and Iraq by its constant and relentless attacks on North and East Syrian and Southern Kurdistan.

Threats and attacks of the Turkish occupation state are not against the Kurds alone, rather they target and pose threats to all Middle East countries and peoples. The Turkish occupation state tries to revive the Ottoman Empire by its Neo-Ottomanism via annexing Aleppo up to Mosul and Kirkuk on the model of Alexandretta in 1939.

In a statement made to ANHA Jalal Zenati consultant of the Strategic Planning in the Alexandria University said at a time when the whole world have repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic and the political and economic consequences of the war in Ukraine and the division of opinions between opponents and supporters and others keep silent the Turkish occupation state carries out attacks on the peoples of the region. 

Zenati indicated ''we see how the oppressive regime in Turkey and its ruling party led by Erdogan uses what is happening to its benefit and for its political agendas to interfere in resources of the peoples of the region more specifically systematic policies adopted by Erdogan leading the fascist Turkish regime against peoples of Syria and Iraq exploiting the political and security vacuum after the withdrawal of the American troops from Syria''. 

Zenati touched upon the policies embraced by the Turkish occupation state against peoples of the region at the head of which he demographic change already taking place in areas under occupation, ''the repressive Turkish regime did not suffice by the operations of the demographic change and those of Turkufication as it taking place in north eastern Syria but it has started annihilation campaigns against the population''.

Zenati went on to say that Turkey tries by every possible means to impede Kurdish legitimate moves to protect the region against the savage exploitation to occupy more lands, set up more military posts and bases and rob the riches and resources of the region in both Syria and Iraq. The Turkish regime dubbed the Kurdish resistance movements led by the Syrian Democratic Forces, the SDF, and the Kurdistan Workers' Party as terrorist acts in denial of the actual reality on the ground. Many observers and analysts proved the connection of turkey with terror groups at the first of which ISIS and many other militias supported by the Turkish regime as he Syrian Free Army or the tamed opposition that reside in hotels''.

Zenati concluded by saying '' day after another it becomes urgent that peoples of the region such as Kurds and Arabs and others that told the taught the whole world the real civilization and history to join hands to stop the aspirants that seek to rob the resources of the countries''.

''it is time for the peoples of the region to write history and join hands to stand up to the aspirations of Turkey and its ruling party'', Jalal Zenati concluded.
